This process, used in many industries and manufacturing processes, increases the concentration of a solution and thus reduces its volume. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Falling film evaporator<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"#\">Falling film<\/a> evaporation technology ensures high throughput and optimal energy consumption.<br\/>Suitable for delicate products such as agri-food products (milk or fruit juices), these technologies are also found in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. With a short residence time and working under vacuum, your products will be protected from denaturation while efficiently extracting the solvents they contain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This technology also offers numerous advantages in the treatment of effluents of all types. In particular, it ensures the pre-concentration of your liquid waste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The footprint is reduced. The evaporator can be installed outdoors, thus minimizing investment and administrative formalities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"#\">The falling film evaporator<\/a> is a particularly wise choice because it can be made energy-efficient through the use of <a href=\"#\">Mechanical Vapor Compression<\/a>.<br\/>Easy to maintain (integrated CIP\/NEP), this technology is particularly suitable for foaming products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.exonia.fr\/en\/exo-wiki\/\">Learn more<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forced circulation evaporator<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robustness and repeatability are the two main characteristics of a <a href=\"#\">forced circulation evaporator<\/a>. Less susceptible to fouling and able to handle much more viscous products than a <a href=\"#\">falling film evaporator<\/a>, it can be used directly or after the latter. Larger in size and slightly more expensive, it also has a higher energy consumption than a <a href=\"#\">falling film evaporator<\/a>. Here too, <a href=\"#\">Mechanical Vapor Compression<\/a> solutions can be considered.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forced circulation can be used to ensure the overconcentration of products with dry matter levels that can sometimes be higher than 50%. It is common to see this technology used in crystallization, either as a pre-crystallizer or on certain productions such as <a href=\"#\">crystallization<\/a> equipment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"#\">Forced circulation evaporators<\/a> are easily integrated into <a href=\"#\">containers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.exonia.fr\/en\/exo-wiki\/\">Learn more<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Multiple effects evaporator<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Widely used Until a few decades ago, <a href=\"#\">multiple-effect evaporation<\/a> technology made it possible to combine a large treatment volume with low steam consumption. This technology requires high-pressure steam. The energy supply is provided by the chemical reaction. These reactors can be coupled with a vacuum production station to lower the reaction temperature and thus preserve heat-sensitive products. It is still possible to operate these reactors in continuous mode for small production runs.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FORCED CIRCULATION CRYSTALLIZER<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The simplest of crystallizers, it is derived from forced circulation evaporators, whose thermal principles it uses. Suitable for medium-capacity production, they represent an excellent compromise between investment cost, consumption, and crystal size. Simple to operate and maintain, the forced circulation crystallization process is compact and does not require heavy infrastructure.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The size of the crystals is limited by secondary nucleation phenomena (attrition) caused by high circulation flow rates and by supersaturation phenomena which are more difficult to control in this type of device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OSLO CRYSTALLIZER<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Widely used and suitable for high evaporation\/crystallization flow rates, OSLO-type crystallizers are primarily used for the formation of large crystals.<br\/>The secondary nucleation rate is very low, and fine particle destruction is efficient. Crystal calibration occurs &#8220;naturally&#8221; based on their residence time in the device. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DTB CRYSTALLIZER<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A technical compromise between forced circulation and the OSLO crystallizer, it produces medium-sized crystals while controlling secondary crystallization. DTB technology allows for long operating times and uniform heat distribution throughout the device, making it easier to operate and control.
