EXONIA puts the finishing touches to its new concept of crystallization of whole sugar from the organic sector



Totally innovative and fully patented, this concept implements an original production line to guarantee the organic quality of beet sugar without adding any products of any kind.
The first project is already under construction, with a production capacity of 25,000 tonnes per year.
The process ensures thermal consumption 3 times lower than that of a conventional sugar factory.
The economic model of this innovation allows the creation of micro-sugar factories in “cooperative” mode, which is much more advantageous for farmers.
