Optimization of an existing process to increase energy efficiency by 1.5%

EXONIA built an energy recovery system for a major name in cogeneration, on a 54 MWh electrical cogeneration unit.

This equipment allows recovery of fatal steam from boiler and turbine purges up to 1 MWth.

Thanks to this optimization of an existing process, our client increases its energy efficiency by 1.5% and reduces its fuel consumption by 0.5%.
